Constellation Scorpio in dogs
A Scorpio dog is full of energy, curious and loyal to their owner. These dogs often come across as tough and brave, but deep down they are vulnerable. They need good leadership, a consistent upbringing and good training from an early age.
A puppy course is important so that they can quickly build a strong bond with their owner. If a Scorpio dog is treated well at a young age, this translates into blind trust towards the owner. If a Scorpio dog is treated badly, regaining trust is a difficult and time-consuming process.
They are not dogs that need a big family, but rather choose to connect deeply with one person. Sometimes they come across as a bit distrustful, but once they know you well then they are fine. Towards other dogs, they are often intimidating and won't shy away from a confrontation easily. They are energetic dogs, needing exercise to express themselves.
They have a possessive nature, which means they can be very watchful and protective. So with a Scorpio dog, walking the streets alone at night is no problem. Do prevent the dog from acquiring wrong manners or traits, as these will not go away quickly. This dog suits well with an owner with the constellations Cancer, Pisces, Virgo or Capricorn.
The following gemstones fit well with the characteristics of a Scorpio: Agate, Garnet, Malachite, Opal Andes, Hematite, Labradorite, Rhodochrosite and Tiger's eye.
